No frills, nothing fancy. A hot, steaming bowl of bacon and tofu stir-fry you can have on the table in 15 minutes or less. It is packed with nutritious vegetables and protein and deserves a place on your weight-loss menu.
Dried Tofu used in this stir fry recipe is a pressed tofu that has been marinated in soy sauce. This gives it a “meat-like” texture and holds its shape for the prolonged cooking. It has the amazing ability to absorb the flavors of the food it is cooked with. These qualities make it well suited to stir fry.
Smoked bacon, leek and tomato are flavored-packed ingredients. They quickly transform a bland tofu dish to one that’s bursting with flavor.
