Step 1: Blend Ingredients
Place watermelon, cucumber, and honey in a blender; blend until completely smooth.

Step 2: Strain the Juice
Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer and discard the pulp.

Step 3: Mix and Garnish
Stir in soda water, then add watermelon slices and mint for garnish (optional).

Ingredients

  • 4 cup watermelon (cubed)
  • 1 cup cucumber (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup soda water

Instructions

  • Place watermelon, cucumber and honey in blender. Blend until completely liquefied. Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer and discard pulp.
  • Add soda water to strained juice mixture, stirring to combine.
  • Add watermelon slices and mint for garnish. (optional)
