- 4 cup watermelon cubed
- 1 cup cucumber sliced
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup soda water
Place watermelon, cucumber and honey in blender. Blend until completely liquefied. Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer and discard pulp.
Add soda water to strained juice mixture, stirring to combine.
Add watermelon slices and mint for garnish. (optional)
