Ingredients
- 800g pork ribs
- 1/3 cup soy source
- 3/4 cup white wine
- 5 gloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cumin powder
Instructions
- Combine soy source, white wine, sugar and garlic in a large glass container. Add ribs and turn to evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for one day.
- Remove ribs from container and place on the prepared baking sheet. Generously sprinkle the ribs on both sides with the cumin powder.
- Preheat the oven to 250 degree, bake for 20-25 minutes, turn once in the middle until lightly brown on both sides.
