Ingredients

  • 800 g pork ribs
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup rice wine
  • 5 glove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon cumin powder

Instructions

  • Combine soy source, white wine, sugar and garlic in a large glass container. Add ribs and turn to evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for one day.
  • Remove ribs from container and place on the prepared baking sheet. Generously sprinkle the ribs on both sides with the cumin powder.
  • Preheat the oven to 250 degree, bake for 20-25 minutes, turn once in the middle until lightly brown on both sides.
