Ingredients

  • 4 cup watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup soda water

Instructions

  • Place watermelon, cucumber and honey in blender. Blend until completely liquefied. Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer and discard pulp.
  • Add soda water to strained juice mixture, stirring to combine.
  • Add watermelon slices and mint for garnish. (optional)
