Ingredients

  • 300 g salmon thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup coriander finely chopped
  • 1/2 lemon thinly sliced

Dresing

  • 1.5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juicy more or less to your liking
  • 1 teaspoon sugar more or less to your liking
