Ingredients

  • 2 cup chopped ripe mango
  • 1/2 grapefruit segmented and cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine coconut cream and mangoes. Blend on high speed until the mixture turns smooth and creamy.
  • Add the grapefruit to the creamy blend, along with mango chunks. Give it a lovely touch by garnishing it with mint leaves. Now, it’s ready to be served and savored!

Notes

    • Mango: Cut the mango into small, bite-sized pieces. Save a few chunks for the topping and put the rest into the blender for the dessert.
    • Grapefruit: Divide the grapefruit into smaller pieces. Keep in mind that grapefruit’s sourness can be strong for some tastes, but it helps balance the sweetness of the mango and creamy coconut milk. Adjust the amount based on your preference.
    • Coconut milk: Canned coconut milk is readily available in most stores. Feel free to adjust the quantity according to your preference.
