Ingredients

  • 2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup sliced apple
  • 2 tablespoon Korean chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic mince
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the chili powder, fish sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic mince and lemon juice.
  • Add the cucumber and apple slices to the bowl and toss to combine. Add the sesame seeds and serve.
