- 2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 cup sliced apple
- 2 tablespoon Korean chili powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic mince
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
In a medium bowl, whisk together the chili powder, fish sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic mince and lemon juice.
Add the cucumber and apple slices to the bowl and toss to combine. Add the sesame seeds and serve.
