Gai Lan Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 250 g GaiLan cut into 5cm pieces
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fried Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon dried shrimps

Instructions

  • Put a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Add GaiLan stems and cook for 2 minutes until just tender. Add the remaining leaves and cook for 30 seconds. Drain the water out of the pot and set aside.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over high heat. Add the oil, fried garlic and dried shrimps. Cook until shrimps turn slightly golden.
  • Add oyster sauce and cooked Gailan. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes and serve.
