Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped chives
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup raw prawns shelled, chopped to about pea-sized pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 cups oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the egg, prawn pieces, onion, chives, flour, salt and white pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Heat some oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook tablespoons of mixture over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side until golden.
