- 500 g pork ribs
- 1.5 L water
- 2 slices ginger
- 1/4 cup Goji berry
- 200 g watercress
- 1/2 cup rice wine
- 2 teaspoon salt
Parboiling: Bring water to a boil in a sauce pan. Put the pork ribs into saucepan and boil for 5 minutes. Discard the hot water and wash the gunk off the pork ribs with cold water.
Place pork ribs, ginger and Goji berry in a stock pot and cover it with water. Season with rice wine and salt. Simmer for 1/2 hours.
Add watercress and cook for 10 minutes and serve.
