- Fresh ground chilli powder, sesame, and a pinch of salt.
- Add hot boiled oil to the mix and stir till it cools down.
Tips:
- Boil the oil on high heat for 3-5 minutes.
- Add some Shichuan pepper powder for the Shichuan style chilli sauce.
- Fresh ground chilli powder always tastes better.
